Joyce has acted in various capacities as a Company Secretary, Legal Advisor; and Customer relations manager in charge of loan recoveries. Joyce served as Deputy Company Secretary at Prudential Bank LTD, where she supported the Board of Directors and various Executive Committees. Her role involved providing comprehensive secretarial services and ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.

In her capacity as a Legal Officer at Prudential Bank LTD, Joyce was responsible for reviewing contracts, drafting mortgages, heads of agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to banking facilities. She provided crucial legal advice on complex banking transactions and ensured regulatory compliance.

Joyce excelled as a Customer Relations Manager, where she specialized in recovering debts from high-profile clients and liaising with institutions for fund placements. Her efforts significantly contributed to the bank’s financial stability.

Joyce worked with other reputable state institutions like Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC). At SSNIT she was an Operations, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer, overseeing pension payment processes and ensuring effective management of social security benefits.

At the NDPC, Joyce was a rapporteur for the “Vision 2020” development document, which aimed to transform Ghana into a middle-income country by 2020.
